We are Electromagnetic beings, we rely on chemical messengers to relay information through tiny electrical currents to nerves and cells. Biochemical reactions travel along with charged particles to influence everything from brain wave activity to digestion. Even our hearts beat is kept in rhythm through electrically activity. Our natural electromagnetic state is the same as the earth’s resonance.
So, when we experience something which is outside of this resonance it potentially starts to put a stress on the body’s ability to function optimally, keeping the immune system working adequately, repair cells, balancing internal flora, major organ functioning, hormonal messaging and emotional states.
In today’s environments we are bombarded with a full spectrum range of electromagnetic radiation, so what are the signs that you or someone you know is EMF sensitive?
These responses are also known as Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity Syndrome (EHS). The World Health Organisation WHO explain that “dermatological symptoms (redness, tingling, and burning sensations) as well as neurasthenic and vegetative symptoms (fatigue, tiredness, concentration difficulties, dizziness, nausea, heart palpitations, and digestive disturbances).“
The key to recovery is too avoid the Electromagnetic frequencies that are causing the problems, this is easier said than done, due to the varied saturation within our environments today and the lack of control we can hold over this. The key is to take back control and harmonise your own environment.
The UK’s EM Radiation Research Trust in 2015 estimated that between 2.5% and 8% of the population could have this condition. Other research has predict that this number will only raise and predicted to be up to 50%in the near future.*
