UK Orders (VAT included)
All UK orders include complimentary tracked delivery as standard (VAT included). We use a Tracked 48 tracked service with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days. Orders placed before midday are usually dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. Delivery is fully included in the product price.
European Union Orders (EU)
All EU orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using a tracked international service under our Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) arrangement (Royal Mail PDDP), so no hidden fees or costs!

This means:
- EU VAT is included in the price at checkout.
- Import duties and customs charges are handled in advance.

United States Orders
Orders over $35 USD being sent to the United States are shipped from the UK using a tracked international service under our Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) arrangement (Royal Mail PDDP), so no hidden extra costs or fees. Taxes charged at checkout.
This means:
- Any applicable import duties are prepaid.
- Customers will not pay customs charges upon delivery.
- There are no surprise fees on arrival.
- Orders are dispatched with full customs documentation to ensure smooth processing.
No VAT is charged on US orders. Shipping costs to United States:
